Our buying and selling experience was very positive, especially considering the fact that we had a baby in the middle of it all. We really appreciate all the time you took, showing us many, many properties. We looked at a lot of homes before we found the right one, and it was great that we felt no pressure what so ever. We also appreciate your honesty. You definitely looked out for our best interests, especially regarding the home in Namaka that we liked, until you found out about all of its shortcomings. Our only complaint would be the condition of our new house on possession. It didn`t seem like it had been cleaned, and there was a bunch of garbage behind the garage. Our old house, however, was cleaned very well, and we were pleased with that.

We emmigrated from the UK in August of 2007 and moved into rented accomodation in Strathmore. It turned out to be a nightmare, bad water, inadequate heating etc. So we needed to find somewhere to live very quickly. We had brought our dog with us from the UK so rented accomodation was almost impossible to find. We looked for a property to buy, we found a property and was told by a friend we had made to go and see Carey Stairs at re-max, so we did. The property we had seen was not for sale but after explaining the situation and what we wanted Carey found us three properties to view. Two of them were too far away as my hasband`s job was based in Calgary and we liked Strathmore but the third property (a house & acreage) was perfect and we fell in love with it straight away, and sorted everything out, and we moved in on 1st of November. She is one of the most friendly, cheerful and helpful people we have met since we have been here and still keeps in contact with us even now.
